Our Approach

We remove and individually image every drive from your NAS enclosure, then reconstruct the underlying RAID/volume structure and file system in our lab environment — completely independent of the (potentially faulty) NAS hardware itself. This approach lets us recover data even when the NAS enclosure, PSU or controller board has physically failed.
